Who we are

Your.PA ("we", "us") provides an AI personal assistant that you use through Telegram. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and your rights over it. For anything not answered here, contact us at hello@your.pa.

What we collect

• Account details: your Telegram user ID, bot token, and email address, used to run and secure your assistant.
• Conversation content: the messages you exchange with your assistant, stored so it can remember context, preferences, and reminders you set.
• Calendar data: only if you connect a calendar, and only what is needed to read your schedule and make bookings you ask for.
• Phone receptionist data: if you enable the paid phone feature, we process caller numbers, audio-derived transcripts, call summaries, messages, bookings, your public greeting, and notification preferences.
• Payment details: handled entirely by our payment providers (Stripe / PayPal). We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: answering you, remembering what you tell it, delivering briefings and reminders, and managing your subscription. Your messages are processed by our AI infrastructure to generate responses. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your conversations to train AI models.

The phone receptionist is deliberately separate from your private Telegram assistant. It cannot access your Telegram conversations, memories, contacts, or files. Caller details, transcripts, summaries, and calendar credentials used by the phone service are encrypted at rest.

Where it lives and how long

Your assistant's data is stored on our servers in the EU, isolated per customer. If you cancel, your conversation history and memories are deleted within 30 days of your subscription ending. You can ask for immediate deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law (GDPR) you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. Email hello@your.pa and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Third parties we rely on

• Telegram: delivers your messages (subject to Telegram's own privacy policy).
• AI inference and web-search providers: process message content to generate responses and search results.
• Cal.com: if you connect your calendar.
• Twilio: supplies and connects phone numbers and carries voice calls.
• xAI: processes live call audio to provide the AI receptionist conversation.
• Resend: sends account links and email notifications when selected.
• Stripe / PayPal: payments and billing.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, your assistant will tell you in the chat before they take effect.
